DisputeWhere disputes do arise, MaitlandQS offers a complete dispute resolution service. This includes a review of the dispute and proposals for alternative strategies for resolving it, as well as assistance with adjudication, arbitration and litigation.The service can be used for the submission of claims, or for defence against them.
